We want to empower you to advocate for a paid leave policy at your current organization. While we cannot guarantee success, Moms With Benefits is eager to help you every step along the way.

To start the process today, fill out our Paid Leave Advocacy Application. Once you apply, Moms With Benefits will review and be in touch with next steps within 2 weeks.

We may have to limit applications and the cases we take on depending on demand. Thank you for your patience as we sort through your applications as fast (yet as detailed!) as possible!

Only apply if you are:

• Work at an organization that has at least 10 employees

• Ready to advocate for a paid leave benefit for your organization today

• Motivated to advocate for paid leave to and with your colleagues

• Open to preparing a business case to leadership (with our help!)

• Willing to share benefits package information

• Open to share if you are currently pregnant or planning to be pregnant (if applicable)

• Excited to join our MWB podcast as a success story

This opportunity will focus on championing you as the employee in advocating for a paid leave program at your organization.

Moms With Benefits will take a very hands on approach to each Paid Leave Advocate that applies and empower you with the personalized strategy, business case, and other support necessary - at absolutely no cost to you.
